To print an email:
• Click on the blue down arrow next to Reply on the right and select Print.
• This opens up another tab and puts the email in a printer friendly form
• Now print to a selected printer
Forward an email:
• While in the email, click on the blue arrow next to the Reply on the right and select Forward.
• Type in the email address in the To box and click on Send.
Adding a Signature to your email:
• To make a signature appear at the end of your email without typing it all the time, go Settings in the upper right corner.
• Scroll down to Signature and type what you want it to say in the text box.
• Click the radio button next to the text box.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Save changes button.
Adding an event to your calendar that is listed in your email:
• When someone references a meeting in an email, on the far right side, it will ask you if you want to add the event to your calendar. Make sure you pick the right calendar to add it to.
Mapping an address referenced in an email:
• When an address is given in an email, on the far right side, it will say “Would you like to Map this:” and list the address. The Map This is a blue link. Click on it and it will map it for you.
Spam:
• If you get an email that you consider spam, select the email and click on the Report Spam button. That teaches the email program that email from that address is spam.
• Check your spam box periodically for emails that aren’t spam; if they aren’t, select them and click on the Not spam button.
Chat:
• You can chat with anyone under your quick contacts that has a green button next to their name.
• Hover your mouse over their name and then select Chat in the pop up box.
• A window pops up in the lower write. Type in the text box and then hit the enter key.
• Your chats are saved in your Chats box.
